What is a Community Connector? 

Community Connectors are trusted voices who help bridge the gap between Converge and the communities we serve. 

In this role, you’ll build relationships, share resources, and connect people in Mississippi and Tennessee to free or low-cost reproductive and sexual health services available through Converge and its clinical network. 

As a Community Connector, you play a key part in fostering trust, increasing awareness, and helping people access the care they need. 

What You’ll Do 

As a Community Connector, you will: 

  • Attend up to two local community events per month as a representative of GetPersonal  
  • Share information about services through flyers, QR codes, and conversations  
  • Identify and recommend new outreach opportunities and events  
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, vendors, and attendees  
  • Serve as a liaison between Converge and the community  
  • Stay informed on Converge and GetPersonal services, resources, and updates  
  • Support outreach efforts through social media engagement  
  • Track outreach effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
