What is the PXC?

The Patient Experience Council (PXC) elevates the voices of patients navigating reproductive and family planning care.

From insurance access to provider interactions to personal family planning decisions, Converge believes everyone deserves care that meets their needs, on their terms, when and where they need it.

About the Council

The Patient Experience Council meets quarterly to share experiences, build advocacy skills, and help improve systems of care.

Insights from council members directly inform Converge’s work with funders, insurers, and healthcare providers. Through this work, patients are empowered to influence decisions that shape access, quality, and overall care experiences for communities across Mississippi and Tennessee.
